North American Fire and Security Company expands contract to support its commercial installation business

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field service management technology, is pleased to announce that it has extended its contract with a leading North American Fire and Security company to provide ServiceScheduling to its commercial installation business. 

Recognizing the improvements in productivity and efficiency that ServicePower field service management logoscreensoftware provides to their repair business, our client has extended its license to support approximately 1000 commercial installation technicians in the North American market. ServiceScheduling will provide intelligent, intra-day routing optimization technology to the commercial installation group in support of its expanding market share. The ServicePower workforce management platform also positions the client to support its line of smart, connected products, through future integration of ServicePower’s M2M Connected Services.
