ServicePower Expands Global Reach With Canada Deal

Specialty insurance provider expands previous contract and launches field service management platform to manage third-party contractor network in Canada

Reston, VA—April 10, 2013 – ServicePower Technologies announced today that a specialty insurance provider will use the company’s cloud-based software to manage its third-party contractor network inCanada.

Since 2009, the American arm of the provider has used ServiceOperations in the United Statesto dispatch work to third-party service providers and manage warranty claim payment. ServiceOperations also allows the provider and its clients to view ranked contractors’ schedules, confirm job acceptance and view job status updates.

The deal with theCanadadivision demonstrates ServicePower’s growing international reach.

In addition to ServiceOperations, theCanadagroup will also use ServiceStats for workforce analytics and reporting. Categories that can be monitored include employee utilization, job completion rates, job details, GPS reporting and customer satisfaction.
