The appointments follow a transformative period for ServicePower. The company achieved double-digit revenue growth in 2025, secured new enterprise customers and expanded deployments with existing customers. The leadership appointments and promotions include:
Brad Hawkins, Chief Customer Officer
Hawkins has moved into the newly established role of Chief Customer Officer after more than 30 years with ServicePower. His extensive field service expertise and long-standing relationships with ServicePower customers will help ensure that customer priorities continue to shape the company’s strategy and execution. In his new role, Hawkins will provide executive-level focus on the complete customer experience and the value customers realize from ServicePower’s solutions.
Reza Hemmati, Chief Product Officer
Hemmati will lead the company’s product strategy and roadmap, bringing together ServicePower’s core field service capabilities with its expanding AI, Vision AI and contractor compliance solutions. Hemmati will work closely with customers and teams across the company to prioritize innovation that addresses complex, real-world service challenges.
Craig Reilly, Executive Vice President of Global Customer Success
Reilly previously led PlusOne Solutions as CEO and president before its acquisition by ServicePower. His extensive experience helping enterprises manage contractor compliance, risk and workforce readiness will support ServicePower’s efforts to deliver greater value throughout the customer lifecycle.
Ahmed Ghorbal, Senior Vice President of AI
Ghorbal, the founder of Inveniam, will lead the advancement of ServicePower’s AI strategy, including its Vision AI capabilities for inspecting completed field work, identifying quality issues and providing field workers with actionable feedback. His appointment reinforces ServicePower’s commitment to applying AI to practical, high-value field service use cases.
Jay Janger, Senior Vice President of Global Sales
Janger will lead ServicePower’s global sales organization as the company expands its presence across established field service markets and pursues new opportunities created by its growing AI, Vision AI and contractor compliance capabilities.
Renny Fidlon, Vice President of Marketing
Fidlon will lead the company’s global marketing strategy, strengthening ServicePower’s market presence and communicating the value of its expanding portfolio to customers, prospects, partners and the broader field service industry.
Kyle Harsanyi, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration
Harsanyi will help ServicePower maintain the financial discipline, operational infrastructure and organizational scalability required to support continued growth.
Mark Sammons, Senior Vice President of Global Support and Services
Sammons will lead the teams responsible for helping customers deploy, support and optimize their ServicePower solutions, with an emphasis on consistent service delivery and long-term customer value across the company’s global customer base.
