Repair Alliance will source additional repair service capacity from ServicePower.  Its customers can book repair appointments directly with ServicePower’s managed network of vetted, credentialed service providers. 

Domestic Appliance Guard is a leading provider of appliance, electronics and heating service in the UK. dag.jpgIt will also rely on ServicePower to improve is service coverage, utilizing ServicePower’s network of UK appliance repair providers to deliver the highest quality service to policy holders. 

Using its field service management software solution, ServicePower will dynamically dispatch the best provider for each individual repair event, ensuring a personalized service, while the warranty claims management technology will decrease the overall cost of service for both Repair Alliance and Domestic Appliance Guard.
