Will provide a complete warranty claim management solution

Louisville, KY, April 19, 2007 – ServicePower’s Field Service Solutions (FSS) Division, a provider of Web-based, automated job scheduling, GPS tracking and navigation, and warranty claim management services for the service delivery and installation industries, today announced an agreement with Clarion Corporation of America to provide a complete warranty claim processing solution including payment distribution, audit review, and electronic service literature distribution.

“ServicePower’s claims processing service allows Clarion to offer electronic processing to our service partners, yielding more accurate submissions, real-time audit reviews, quicker service literature distribution via the web, and faster payment processing,” commented Tony Alvarez , Customer Service Manager of Clarion. “This enables Clarion to focus on the development, manufacturing and sales of our industry leading car audio and electronics products, while offering web based processing to our service network.”

We are excited to have Clarion as a ServicePower client. The move from manually based warranty claim management processes to a Web based model is actually an extremely easy step to take once the business decision has been made, and one that we look forward to helping Clarion achieve,” said Chris Smith, CEO, ServicePower Field Service Solutions. “This contract will allow both Clarion and their service partners to benefit from the introduction of innovative technology that has been tested and proven in the field.”
