ServicePower announces agreement with
Warrantech
Will provide Web applications for service dealer network,
scheduling and dispatch, and quality-of-service survey support
Louisville, KY, August 2, 2006 – ServicePower’s
Field Service Solutions (FSS) Division, a provider of Web-based,
automated job scheduling and warranty chain management services
for the service delivery and installation industries, today
announced that it has signed an agreement with Warrantech Corporation,
a leading provider of service contracts and extended warranties
for automotive, residential real estate, and consumer goods
products. ServicePower will provide Web applications to support
the service dealer network, field service scheduling and dispatch,
and quality-of-service surveys for various consumer products.
As part of the service dealer network application, ServicePower
will maintain and manage a network of qualified, independent
product service dealers throughout the U.S. ServicePower will
also support Warrantech with its Web-based scheduling and dispatch
application to book time-banded appointments in real time and
dispatch jobs to Warrantech’s service dealers; this application
will be integrated with Warrantech’s proprietary call
center system.
