ServicePower announces agreement with
Noritz America
Will provide consumer contact management solution, service
network recruitment and management, and dispatch services
Louisville, KY, March 22, 2006 – ServicePower’s
Field Service Solutions (FSS) Division, a provider of Web-based,
automated job scheduling and warranty chain management services
for service delivery and installation industries, today announced
that it signed an agreement with Noritz America to provide consumer
contact management software, service network recruitment and
management, electronic dispatch, and claims processing for its
tankless water heater business.
“Noritz America will use our call center application
to assign and dispatch service jobs to its water products service
network across the U.S.,” commented Chris Smith, CEO ServicePower
Field Service Solutions. “In instances where Noritz needs
additional service coverage, ServicePower will provide service
network recruitment and management services, enabling Noritz
to expand its service footprint without expending the effort
internally to do so,” he added.
