18 August 2016, ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, today announces that it has partnered with Apptituda to release an App version of Optimization on DemandTM -“Boost”- empowering businesses to connect with their customers, partners and employees in entirely new ways.
Apptituda is based in the UK and provides end-to-end services to independent software vendors (ISVs), including go-to-market planning, UX/UI, app design, build, test, as well as on-going technical and in-market product support. Based on Apptituda’s demonstrated success in bringing applications to market, ServicePower has selected them to accelerate the launch of Boost, based on Optimization on DemandTM .
Optimization On Demand™ provides organizations of any size with remote or mobile employees that want the productivity and cost savings of an optimized route, the ability to use a more intelligent tool set, without the expenditure of a workforce management software deployment. Optimization On Demand™ provides the ability to send a schedule of jobs to ServicePower, and then optimize the route, on demand, as a service.
Boost, optimizes schedules, jobs, cases or tasks, via our proprietary algorithm, using the existing scheduling object model that customers have already configured for use in conjunction with readily available SaaS CRM and Mobile applications. ServicePower will deploy the prototype as the schedule optimization template for a broad range of industries, including: retail sales, health care, auditing, social housing, financial BPO, retail, sales and manufacturing.
