P&C policy holders want improved digital experiences in the post-pandemic world.

In order to keep up with the post-pandemic times, property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies need to implement technologies that improve the customer experience via self-service digital technologies.

According to Gartner's report: "The 2020 Gartner COVID-19 Customer Experience Survey shows that since the pandemic there is a marked increase, from 11% prepandemic to 19% postpandemic, for consumers using only technology or mostly using technology for interacting with insurance companies for claims.1 The pandemic has acted as a catalyst for accelerating digital engagement."
