XpFibre Partners with ServicePower to Enhance its Fiber Optic Infrastructure

XpFibre Partners with ServicePower to Enhance its Fiber Optic Infrastructure

XPFibre, the largest alternative fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure wholesale operator in France, and majority owned by Altice, has partnered with ServicePower.

With this integration, XpFibre will strengthen its collaboration with wholesale customers by speeding up the audit process and improving anomaly detection, ensuring high-quality connectivity.

As stated by Lionel Recorbet, President of XpFibre: The adoption of AI illustrates XpFibre’s desire to use the best solutions and technologies to constantly improve the reliability of our FTTH network.

Fully committed to the digital development of territories, XpFibre deploys, markets, and maintains more than 7 million FTTH sockets throughout France. ServicePower's computer vision solution will be used to assist XpFibre’s network maintenance mission.

This positions us as a leader in network management and a trusted partner for our customers, communities, and operators. XpFibre will continue to rely on AI, whose impact goes beyond the simple improvement of our processes,” says Recorbet.

Integrating the Vision AI product provides XpFibre with a precise, fast, and efficient tool that truly transforms network management. Our solution enables XpFiber's teams to focus on high-value initiatives by significantly reducing time spent on repetitive audits. Previously, XpFibre had to perform image analysis manually, costing precious time. Now, with Vision AI, image analysis is faster, allowing XpFibre to continuously monitor the performance of its fiber network and improve the overall control and quality of operations.

We welcome this collaborative partnership with Altice and XpFibre, which leverages our managed computer vision solution to bring significant process improvements, elevate the network asset value, and achieve considerable cost savings to the XpFibre team.” – Ahmed Ghorbal, SVP of AI, ServicePower.

By choosing Vision AI, XpFibre seeks to ensure quality fiber optic services for businesses and individuals.
