ServicePower Recognized as Visionary in Magic Quadrant for FSM

ServicePower Recognized as Visionary in Magic Quadrant for FSM
December 31, 2014

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management software, today announced it has been named by Gartner as a Visionary in the 2014 Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management, 22 December 2014 by William McNeill, Michael Maoz and Jason Wong, for what the company believes is a positive endorsement of the investment and innovation in the product platform and increased client footprint.

Visionaries, according to Gartner, “display technology or business model innovation, including the Nexus of Forces, and may influence or will soon influence the direction of the FSM market.”

ServicePower understands the field service market today with the decades long enterprise experience, plus the latest innovations in M2M, and the intelligent scheduling and mobile technologies required to achieve the highest levels of productivity and customer service, while minimizing schedule cost.

Our product innovations enable field service organizations to evolve from reactive, repair based methodologies to proactive, predictive business models using M2M data, and both employed and third party contractor labor, to meet customer demands and create brand loyalty. Cutting edge HTML5 mobile technology, M2M Connected Services and Smart Scheduling Broker, new partnerships with software and services providers, flexible pricing and deployment options, and full field service process outsourcing to our team of field service experts, have created organic growth opportunities and strengthened our pipeline.

Enhanced localization of our product platform and the ability to deploy our products with any customer engagement application enables us to extend our presence to areas outside of North America and Europe, and drive value for our customers.  At the same time improved go to market and implementation capabilities are driving both brand awareness, pipeline, and the ability to execute new business successfully, on time and on budget, while creating long term relationships with our clients to support their evolving field service operations.

Marne Martin, CEO of ServicePower, commented "ServicePower has worked very hard this past year on our products and team and it is fantastic to be recognized as a Visionary on the Magic Quadrant for Field Service.  We feel this positive move validates our investment in our platform and increasing global footprint. 2015 will be an exciting year for ServicePower and we look forward to continuing to influence the future of field service for enterprise customers.”
