Before You Begin
Please review each Managed Service network's Terms and Conditions Agreement you plan to participate in, including the Agreement Notes.
Have a digital copy of the following documents ready:
- Current W9 Most current revision, available via the IRS website here [https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf] (Not required for servicers in Canada)
- Current Certificate of Insurance, showing a non-expired General Liability policy. Also, make sure to have “ServicePower” listed as a Certificate Holder.
