Appointment of Vice President, Alliances and Strategic Partnerships

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM:SVR), a market leader in field management, today announced the appointment of Karl Hohmann, a field management industry veteran, into the newly created role of Vice President, Alliances and Strategic Partnerships. This new role has the responsibility of growing ServicePower’s global partner and channel ecosystem in order to strengthen the Company’s relationships with global system integrators and further expand the sales pipeline.

Karl Hohmann has extensive experience in sales, business development and channel partnerships. He joins from Diabsolut Inc., where he was Sales and Business Development Director. Previous roles include Business Development and Channel Sales Director at Clicksoftware.

Mr. Hohmann brings proven sales leadership, as well as extensive experience with channel partners and global systems integrators to the ServicePower team. Mr. Hohmann will lead strategic sales efforts in the United States and contribute his extensive field management knowledge and experience to the Company’s product strategy.
