A Service Call is a phone conversation between a customer and an employee of an organization, with the intent of addressing and resolving a customer's issue. In the field service industry, this can also include a remote service call which aims to advise and instruct a customer on fixing or repairing a home system or appliance. A successful service call provides a positive customer experience, and is integral to the continued success of a field service company.
