Your company has now joined forces with ServicePower. What does that mean for you and your role?
Craig: While my core responsibilities remain the same, the opportunity ahead of us has grown tremendously. As the founder of PlusOne Solutions, I’ve spent the past 20 years focused on contractor compliance and risk mitigation, helping some of the world’s biggest brands confidently manage their service networks. That mission continues, but now it’s amplified through our integration with ServicePower.
What’s unique about us is our singular focus on the service industry. We’ve built our business around the needs of organizations that rely heavily on third-party contractors. Trust, safety, and compliance aren’t optional -- they’re mission-critical. And our job is to ensure our customers can operate with complete confidence in their networks.
We’re focused on serving our customers directly, and that’s a differentiator for us. We don’t outsource. We spend our time carefully vetting contractors and vendors to help our customers be successful.
I interface with all the teams that make this possible: IT, compliance, operations, and customer success. Our goal is simple: deliver excellence across every touchpoint, from vetting contractors to providing real-time compliance data.

Those great field service experiences can’t happen if there are gaps in compliance or trust. When we do our job well, our customers don’t have to worry. They know the contractors walking through their customers’ doors are fully vetted, credentialed, and ready to represent their brand.
We remove the compliance and risk burden, so our customers can focus on running their businesses and not chasing down paperwork or worrying about liability. That’s a huge win for them, and it’s why we exist.
