Matt Sysak has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. A veteran financial leader, Matt’s experience includes venture capital financings, initial public offering, mergers and acquisitions, and successful exits to private equity. Most recently Matt was Chief Financial Officer at EverFi, Inc., a cloud-based SaaS business, where he was responsible for overall financial management, including three successful funding rounds, multiple acquisitions, and a sale to private equity. Prior to EverFi, Matt served as VP and Controller for Rosetta Stone Inc., where he directed all accounting, tax and internal audit functions, as well as the completion of the Company’s Initial Public Offering. Prior to Rosetta Stone, Matt was Vice President and Controller for Quadramed, Inc., a publicly-traded enterprise software company. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Public Accountant. At ServicePower, Matt will support accelerated growth and financial performance as a SaaS, cloud based company.
