Three New Contract Wins

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field service management technology, today announces that it has signed a contract with a leading US based manufacturer and marketer of automotive appearance protection products, PermaPlate Inc. (“PermaPlate”). It is also pleased to announce contract extensions with a leading UK loss adjusting and claims management company, and a global fire protection and security solutions firm.

Automotive Appearance Protection Products

PermaPlate, headquartered in Utah, manufactures and distributes appearance protection products that protect the interior and exterior surfaces of vehicles; it also underwrites vehicle appearance warranties. PermaPlate will use ServiceOperations to intelligently dispatch work to contractors in markets where service is required, as well as create robust claims payment authorisation processes for its experienced technician network.  PermaPlate represents entry into a new vertical for ServicePower.

UK Loss Adjustment and Claim Management Company 

A leading UK loss adjusting and claims management company, and long standing client of ServicePower, has extended its contract to include additional ServiceSchduling licenses. The addition extends the license to field based adjusters needed to support growth within its UK based business alongside the additional support and maintenance of ServiceScheduling. This client further demonstrates ServicePower’s dominance in the insurance sector in the UK and North America. 

Global Fire Protection and Security Solutions Company

A market leader in the global fire protection and security solutions industry also recently renewed and extended its ServiceScheduling contract with ServicePower. The renewal represents the first in an expected series of license increases needed to support new business units targeted for deployment in the second and third quarters of 2015. This client represents ServicePower’s continued success in the fire and securities segment.
