 Extended agreement with security systems firm
New agreement with security systems firm increases licenses and products 

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management software, is pleased to announce it has signed an extended agreement with a US security systems provider under which ServicePower will provide additional licences and recurring support and maintenance worth in excess of $500,000. 

The extended agreement, with a US provider of residential and commercial security systems, as well as medical alert systems, includes additional licenses for its fleet of system installers and repair technicians. The contract includes an upgrade to the latest version of ServiceScheduling, and development of custom features to support its growing product portfolio of smart, connected security systems.

The additional logic that we have built into our Smart Scheduling Broker software can model failure data, thereby pre-empting issues, so that a home or business’ security system remains secure at all times. Our innovations truly are enabling the evolution to proactive service management.”
