ServicePower, a market leader for outsourced service and field management, announces contract updates for Arcelik, Global Warranty Group (GWG), Service Team, Inc., Repair Tech and ESI.

Arçelik, a leading global appliance and electronics manufacturer

Arçelik A.Ş. selected ServicePower’s ServiceOutsourcing product to provide call centre services, service network recruitment and management. In addition, ServicePower’s ServiceOperations platform provides electronic dispatch, parts distribution and warranty claim payments, supporting the sales and marketing of Blomberg branded appliances inNorth America.

Arçelik A.Ş. established in Istanbul,Turkey in 1955 is a global producer of white goods, LCD TV and air conditioners. It currently has ten brands throughout twenty countries; Arçelik, Beko, Grundig, Blomberg, Elektra Bregenz, Arctic, Leisure, Flavel, Defy and Altus, and operates production facilities in five countries; Turkey, Romania, Russia, China and South Africa. Global Warranty Group (GWG), a North American extended service contract administrator

Global Warranty Group (GWG) is a multi-industry marketer and administrator of manufacturer warranty and extended warranty programs across a variety of consumer products. Based in New York, GWG contracted with ServicePower to provide electronic dispatch and warranty claim payments through the ServiceOperations platform, to support its manufacturing and retail clients in the North American market.

Service Team Inc. provides USA post sales service on its Novea™ brand electronic products

Service Team Inc., a San Diego, CA (OTC: SVTE), an importer and distributor of high quality best value electronic products and a provider of after purchase product support services, is using ServicePower’s ServiceOperations platform to support post sales services on Novea™ brand of electronic and computing products.

In addition to importing and distributing Novea™ branded products, from its Chinese partner, Service Team provides call center services, diagnostic software and repair services on televisions, tablet computers and other high technology devices to insurance and third party customers. In conjunction with Service Team’s already licensed ServiceOutsourcing network, the ServiceOperations platform will provide electronic dispatch, call management and warranty claim validation and payments.

RepairTech and ServicePower providing central and field repair services to TP Vision

TP Vision, the exclusive brand licensee of Philips TV in the United Kingdom, Europe, Russia, Middle East, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and selected countries in Asia-Pacific excluding China, selected ServicePower and RepairTech Ltd, a leading UK based IT repair and reutilization company, as its repair solution providers for the UK and Irish marketplace.

RepairTech and ServicePower provide central and field repair services respectively. ServicePower works in close partnership with TP Vision managing return to base service, distribution of spare parts and field ServiceOutsourcing services.

The ServiceOperations platform provides electronic dispatch and call management to support field repairs of the Philips branded products sold by authorised Philips retailers. ServiceOutsourcing will provide call management, service network recruitment and reporting exclusively for Philips branded television products in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

ESI expanding use of ServiceOperations platform to the Caribbean and Central America.

ESI International, a distribution and trading company operating in the US, Canada and Mexico recently expanded its contract with ServicePower again, to include additional support for expansion in the Caribbean and Central America. Using ServiceOperations, ESI will provide automated dispatch, parts procurement and claims processing to a new retail client.
