North American Insurer tags ServicePower to Improve Field Productivity

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, today announced that it has been selected by a leading North American insurance provider to improve the productivity and efficiency of its field based resources.

The insurers teams of automotive, property and fire inspectors will use ServicePower’s optimized scheduling route optimization, mobile dispatch and operational intelligence solutions to ensure they arrive at the right place with the right information to deliver the best services to customer at the lowest cost.

ServiceScheduling will optimally deploy the insurers staff based on key criteria such as employee skills, the job in hand, locations and service level agreements. This will reduce complex administration and make sure that jobs are dealt with in the most efficient manner possible.

Additionally, the client will also deploy ServiceMobility, ServicePower’s cutting edge HTML5 hybrid cross-platform mobile application.   Of particular importance to the insurance sector is its payment and pricing features, customer estimates, new Flex Forms and robust rules logic which will enable the client to configure data capture fields and forms on an appointment-by-appointment basis, supporting the multitude of inspection types its field resources deliver today.

ServiceMobility also supports workforce and asset tracking, ensuring that field based inspectors and adjusters can be monitored and located when deployed after catastrophic events, like tornadoes, fires and hurricanes.

ServiceStats will ensure the highest levels of policy holder satisfaction by providing operational intelligence to the insurer, enabling it to gather data from the field and office based teams to support forecasting, modeling, and real time adjustments to its business.
