A UK partner launches ServiceScheduling with social housing organisation

A housing association in the UK recently launched ServiceScheduling, integrated with its existing mobile workforce management software solution, to manage its field based repair technicians. Scheduling was selected to facilitate the highest response levels, necessary to maintain its properties and ensure property management can meet tenant needs, in real time. The client also intends to deploy the integrated solution to other business verticals.

Scandinavian Alarm Company expands global deployment

A European alarm company, which provides security services to residential home owners in Europe, expanded ServiceScheduling to a new market, to achieve and extend productivity and efficiency achieved already in the Swedish market. ServicePower’s proprietary travel engine, which pre-calculates and stores travel times in memory to reduce ‘windshield time’ provides benefits in geographies where the level of postcode precision is not sufficient for most mapping technologies.

US fire and security organisation validates successful pilot with initial license purchase

A US provider of fire, security, and healthcare communications systems, recently licensed ServiceScheduling for use with installation, service and inspection teams in the US market, after a successful proof of concept. The license provides for routing optimisation with our patented technology.

Leading provider of home coverage products signs a renewal

A UK provider of central heating, boiler, plumbing and drainage, electrical and carbon monoxide monitoring services renewed its contract for ServiceScheduling. Deployed as part of a larger field service management solution, which includes partner products. The integrated solution enables the client to achieve productivity and efficiency goals, while facilitating real time services for its policy holders.

International engine manufacturer completes launch of ServiceOperations

Denver Global, an international manufacturer of engines used in consumer powered products such as mowers, snow blowers, generators, and water pumps, launched ServiceOperations in May, to process, adjudicate and issue payments for claims made by service providers for warranty work.

Many existing customers are in the process of engaging ServicePower to support business process evolution, particularly related to utilisation of the newest product innovations in our latest product releases, such as to ServiceScheduling 9.1, which includes the ability to deploy multiple languages within a single implementation of the software based on new, innovative UI design.

Several clients, including a manufacturer of heating equipment, a leading home warranty and insurance provider, as well as one of the largest North American Retailers have recently engaged ServicePower in workforce performance analysis, in which our team of experts analyse the field service operation and their ServiceScheduling deployments, perform simulation exercises, and make subsequent recommendations required to maximise productivity and utilisation of field technicians.
