Latest contract wins emphasise ServicePower’s momentum in the UKlogo

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field service management technology, today announces that it has signed two contracts for its ServiceOutsourcing and ServiceOperations solutions in the UK. The contracts, worth an estimated total of £450,000 in aggregate, have been signed with a new customer, being a UK appliance manufacturer and an existing customer which is one the UK’s most recognised retail brands.

ServicePower is already the leading provider of field service solutions to the appliance and electronics technology sectors in the UK and these latest contracts, in addition to those announced at the beginning of February, build upon this considerable momentum.

The UK retail business, whose portfolio includes department stores, supermarkets, and online retail, has renewed its contract with ServicePower to utilise its solutions as the fulfillment mechanism for its repair and installation services for the products sold in its UK shops and online and also for insurance products which provide cover for home, auto and life. 

ServicePower’s field service technology and managed network of repair and installation providers enables the client to deliver the service and expertise that its loyal customers have come to trust and expect from the brand.

Additionally, an international manufacturer of electrical heating, domestic appliances, cooling, ventilation, and renewable energy solutions, has contracted with ServicePower to provide a robust, innovative technology and repair contract network in support of appliance product repairs.  ServiceOperations, including intelligent dispatching and claim processing, as well as the ServicePower ServiceOutsoucing managed contractor network, will be used by the client to provide repair services on domestic appliance products sold in the UK. This will provide the client’s customers with a complete, end to end repair solution which aims to exceed their expectations and align operations to the company’s commitment to innovation.
