Contract Win with Richer Sounds UK worth approximately £1.5m
Exceptional customer service agreement to supply a customer help-line, technical and in home customer support
05 July 2011 - ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in outsourced services and field management, has signed a multi-year transactional contract with Richer Sounds, the UK’s hi-fi, home cinema and flat panel TV’s specialist retailer.
The three-year exclusive full service contract is expected to be worth approximately £500,000 each year for the three years, and is a renewal of a rolling annual contract which will see the initiation of a number of new home services. Richer Sounds will licence SERVICEDispatch, SERVICEClaims and SERVICEStats software to provide helpdesk and call centre support to its Manchester call centre. ServicePower will also provide access to, and manage, a network of qualified servicers across the UK who will deliver a UK home repair service to Richer Sounds’ customers, providing physical repair, installation and inspection network service.
Richer Sounds recently won the Which? Best High Street Retailer Award for the second year running, testimony to the high levels of customer service already delivered by the company.
