E.ON £1.2m Two-Year Contract Extension
ServiceScheduling & ServiceManagement enable complete managed service solution
to the Property Services division of E.ON
ServicePower (AIM: SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management, is pleased to announce a two-year extension worth £1.2m to its major contract with E.ON UK, one of the UK's leading integrated power and gas companies.
Under the agreement, ServicePower’s ServiceScheduling and ServiceManagement solutions incorporating Solar Vista, Capita and SAGE will continue to provide the Property Services division of E.ON UK with a complete managed service solution for its Home Energy Services business. This E.ON UK division offers inspection, maintenance and repair of domestic heating systems.
ServicePower will work with these and other key industry partners to deliver and manage E.ON's information and communications systems, which comprise a complete end-to-end solution including call centre and help desk technology systems, scheduling, dispatch, hosting, and mobile field solutions such as GPS and mobile communications.
The original contract with E.ON UK was awarded in March 2009.
