Costco to improve after sales care with ServicePower

McLean, VA- ServicePower, Inc., a market leader in cloud based mobile workforce management software, has signed a managed services contract with Costco Wholesale UK, an international chain of cash and carry membership warehouse clubs, to provide post purchase support and fix for under-warranty electrical appliances. Using the latest in digital technology the deal will see Costco continue to provide members with an exceptional after sales brand experience.

Throughout the UK, ServicePower will use its digital workforce management platform to optimally deploy its network of accredited third party technicians to Costco’s members.
