ServicePower launches new user interfaces

ServicePower, a market leader for outsourced service and field management, has this month launched new user interfaces across its mobile field management platform improving and stream-lining usability. All applications comprising the software platform have been updated as well to provide consistent branding as part of the ServicePower market penetration strategy.

The new menu organization and navigation provide a more logical, visually pleasing experience to manage and allocate work easily among muilt-channel field resources. ServicePower’s mobile field management software platform consistently ranks with users as the most complete solution on the market, ensuring the right field resource performs the field service, at the best time for the consumer, at the lowest cost.

ServiceGPS is a web-based asset tracking applications which allows clients to locate, track and manage field resources. It is also integrated with ServiceScheduling, so allows clients to easily compare the vehicle status against the status reported by a mobile dispatch application.


ServiceMobility, provided by Stratix Corporation as an HTLM5 application, enables automated dispatch schedules to be delivered to a field resource’s laptop or handheld device, in addition to gathering status updates and other functions such as parts ordering.

ServiceStats for Scheduling

ServiceStats for Scheduling provides the capability to house and maintain historical scheduling data over time. This valuable information can be analyzed through a lightweight, web-based interface to drive strategic decisions and tactical improvements in the business. ServiceStats for Scheduling provides out-of-the-box trend and detailed analysis.

ServiceOperations: ServiceDispatch

ServiceDispatch, a web-based, third party dispatch application is integrated to a client’s CRM, website or IVR, to allow consumers to manage contracted third party networks.

ServiceOperations: ServiceClaims

ServiceClaims is a web-based system that provides electronic warranty and service contract claims management services to manufacturers, third party administrators (payment obligors), retailers or insurers.

ServiceStats for Operations

ServiceStats is a thin client, in-memory, web-based business intelligence application that provides reporting and analysis to client’s for ServiceDispatch and ServiceClaims.


ServiceMarket is a web-based application, inclusive of an extended contractor network, specifically tailored to meet the needs of retailers, e-tailers, third party administrators, and manufacturers desiring an open market solution to installation or other services required by their business or consumer clients.

S2 Suite

S2 Suite is a web-based application tailored to meet the needs of service businesses that require a service management software solution which operates solely online and can be procured via a subscription. The application provides the capability to manage work orders, employees, subcontractors, inventory, marketing, customer portal, and finances from any device connected to the internet.
