SERVICEPower’s business is founded on our ability to offer our customers best-of-breed field service technology and services that help streamline the service chain, improve productivity and efficiency, and reduce costs.  In the past,SERVICEPower delivered these using only the traditional enterprise licensing model. 

However, SERVICEPower recognized early on that while our traditional delivery model worked, analysts were predicting that over the next 10 years, 30% of new software would be delivered using the SaaS model.

The decision to add the SaaS delivery model as an option for a number of SERVICEPower solutions has allowed us to stay ahead of the curve and offer our customers greater flexibility and choice, while ensuring a continued revenue stream for our business.
