ServiceStats provides a complete historical store for all service related data, including external back office data stores such as customer data, product data, gas/fuel expenses, customer surveys, repair histories/notes, etc. All data is interlinked and allows user to analyze it in real-time without the need to execute queries or wait for reports, this makes the application very easy to use.
Once all the data sources are incorporated users use the graphical dashboard interface to filter, group and sort data using any data field, in one of the standard report objects, or add their own custom report objects using the wizards. All report objects are interlinked through the underlying data so as objects are filtered or selected in one report the same filtering is applied across all reporting objects.
