ServicePower to provide service network optimization for RBC Insurance
Solution to provide scheduling and optimization tools for managing team of mobile adjusters

Annapolis, MD, January 9, 2006 -- ServicePower, a global developer and supplier of workforce optimization software for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market, today announced that Toronto based RBC Insurance, an operating division of the Royal Bank of Canada, has chosen the SERVICEPower software to provide scheduling and optimization tools for managing their team of mobile adjusters. The ServicePower solution will initially be implemented within the home and auto division of RBC Insurance. The software will also be used to further improve management’s visibility into the service process and allow them to manage their adjusters’ time more effectively.

“Effective management of the loss adjustment process is of paramount importance in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring we remain as competitive as possible in today’s marketplace,” said Glenn Penny, vice president of claims for RBC Insurance. “We want to continue improving our process over time so we can deliver even higher levels of customer service in the future,” he added.

“The goal for ServicePower is to help RBC Insurance deliver world-class service to their customers at the required level of operating cost,” commented Ian MacKinnon, ServicePower CEO. “With this implementation, we will optimize claims processing and make improvements in customer service while maximizing the productivity of their claims adjusters and dispatchers,” he concluded.
