ServicePower schedules a good night’s
sleep for Select Comfort customers
Scheduling solution will optimize work orders for home
delivery technicians
Annapolis, MD, March
14, 2007 – ServicePower, a service chain optimization
company, today announced that it will start an implementation
project with Select Comfort Corporation. ServicePower
scheduling software will help Select Comfort’s Home
Delivery division book delivery appointments that meet customer
preferences and automatically build optimized schedules for
Select Comfort delivery trucks and crews.
Select Comfort will implement ServicePower’s Field Resource
Optimization solution integrated with the mySAP™ Customer
Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) application utilizing the
SAP NetWeaver® platform. The Field Resource Optimization
solution recently achieved “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” status
from SAP AG. This implementation builds on ServicePower’s
support for SAP® solutions.

air-chamber technology to allow sleepers to adjust the firmness
