status
Speeds Integration of Leading Automated Scheduling Solution

the entire service chain, today announced its field resource
optimization solution has received “Powered by SAP NetWeaver®”
status from SAP AG. ServicePower is one of the first service
chain optimization vendors to achieve this prestigious qualification,
which gives current and future customers across multiple industries
and countries using SAP® solutions immediate access to one
of the most advanced automated scheduling solutions on the market.
The Powered by SAP NetWeaver certification of the field resource
optimization solution will allow seamless process and data integration
of ServicePower’s automated scheduling solution, SERVICEPower,
with both the mySAP™ Customer Relationship Management
(mySAP CRM) and mySAP ERP applications, along with tested and
supported upgrades and faster time to value for customers.
The SAP Integration & Certification Center has certified
that the ServicePower field resource optimization solution properly
integrates with the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP
NetWeaver XI) component of the SAP NetWeaver platform to exchange
critical data with instances of the mySAP Business Suite family
of applications and is integrated successfully with the SAP
NetWeaver Portal.
The SERVICEPower automated scheduling solution creates
and maintains optimal service schedules to manage mobile field
personnel in real-time. The ServicePower solution generates
a significant return on investment—increasing field personnel
productivity by more than 10 percent and reducing the cost of
dispatch operations by more than 50 percent.
SERVICEPower has been interfaced with SAP solutions
in the past; however, this level of certified integration takes
the benefits to customers to the next level. The integration
with SAP NetWeaver XI expands the ability of customers to use
the ServicePower software solution in a more sustained fashion.
