Avaya
Avaya, formerly Lucent Technologies, decided to integrate
SERVICEPower with their legacy service
management system in April 2000. The integration work was complete
by June 2000 and the first phase of deployment to 400 field technicians
took place the same month. Since then the software has been rolled
out to three additional service regions across the U.S. A total of
3000 field technicians now have their work schedules automatically
optimized by SERVICEPower
