HomeLindsay Bury - Non-Executive Chairman
Lindsay Bury has been with the Group since January 2000. He was a founding director of ACT, now part of Misys and is Chairman of Bango plc, a company listed on AIM. He is a director of Electric & General Investment Co Plc and a number of private software companies.
Lindsay chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.
Rudy Burger - Non-Executive Director
Rudy is a U.S.-based entrepreneur with a background predominantly in the information technology sector. He is currently the Managing Partner of Woodside Capital Partners, an investment bank providing M&A advisory services to emerging growth companies
Rudy chairs the Nominations Committee and is a member of the Remuneration and Audit Committees.
Mark Duffin - Chief Executive Officer
Mark Duffin joined the Group in November 2007 and is responsible for strategic direction, sales and operations, together with finance, personnel, properties and MIS facilities. He is a qualified engineer with an MBA. Until recently Mark was a director of Rentokil Initial plc, having grown a start-up business which he sold and successfully integrated into the company. He had previously been a director of Appian Technology plc.
Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay - Non-Executive Director
Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay joined ServicePower in September 2007. He was co-founder of Citipost Inc. a logistics company that was sold to Royal Mail in 2000 and is currently Managing Partner of BFL&P, an early stage venture capital investor that has stakes in 15 companies. He also has an interest in Venrex 1 LLP, a small venture capital company.
Hugh chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
Sally Gillings - Finance Director
Sally is responsible for all the finance functions of the Group. Before joining the Board she held the position of Group Financial Controller with ServicePower for 8 years. A CIMA qualified accountant, she has held senior financial officer positions for both private and publicly-held companies over the past 20 years.
Sally is also Company Secretary.
