Lindsay Bury (aged 68), Non-Executive Chairman
Lindsay Bury has been with the Group since January 2000. He is Chairman of the remuneration committee and a Member of both the audit and nominations committees. He was a founding director of ACT, now part of Misys and is Chairman of Bango plc, a company listed on AIM. He is a director of Electric & General Investment Co Plc and a number of
private software companies.

Mark Duffin (aged 40), Chief Operating Officer
Mark Duffin joined the Group in November 2007 and is responsible for strategic direction, sales, and operations, together with finance, personnel, properties and MIS facilities. He is a qualified engineer with an MBA. Until recently Mark was a director of
Rentokil Initial plc, having grown a start-up business which he sold and successfully integrated into the company. He had previously been a director of Appian Technology plc.

Barry Welck (aged 59), Non-Executive Director
Barry Welck was a founding member of ServicePower Business Solutions Limited (SBS), the Group’s main trading company. He is Chairman of the audit and nominations committees and a Member of the remuneration committee. He is also chairman of STILO, an AIM listed company, and is on the board of 3 other companies at which he has been an early stage investor. Barry has his own family interests being managing director of Bow Finance Ltd.

Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay (aged 42), Non-Executive Director
Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay joined SERVICEPower in September 2007. He was co-founder of Citipost Inc. a logistics company that was sold to Royal Mail in 2000 and is currently Managing Partner of BFL&P, an early stage venture capital investor that has stakes in 15 companies. He also has an interest in Venrex 1 LLP, a small venture capital company.
