ServiceScheduling Version 8.1
After 12 months of intense development and testing,
we are very excited to announce that ServiceScheduling v8.1.0 is now
available!
Enhanced Capacity Management You can now
reserve space for emergency repair work and limit the extent to which
schedules are pre-booked with other types of work.
Simplified Team Reorganization You can now add, reorganize and change the name
of teams and regions using ServiceManager. These changes are based on
the effective date, meaning you are always in control when changes take
place.
Multiple Breaks You can now define multiple
breaks in shift patterns for your field resources. The breaks will be
dispatched, much in the same way as jobs. As breaks are taken they may be updated to mark them as such.
Technical Updates Full support is now available for
Windows Server 2008, SQLServer 2008 and Oracle 11g. On the client side,
IE8 and Windows 7 are now supported. We've also made several other changes
to help provide further
scalability for large deployments (000's of
field resources!).
