After hosting two successful User Forum Events earlier this year (Las Vegas and Warwick, UK), we are delighted to invite you to the next ServicePower User Forum.
As a customer, prospect or partner of ServicePower, you and your colleagues are invited to Washington DC to attend the 2012 ServicePower User Forum, which will be hosted at The Liaison Capitol Hill on April 11th - 12th, 2012. *(There will also be a Customer Only segment on the morning of the 13th).
Registration to the User Forum event is FREE (includes meals and networking activities), all you have to pay for are your flights (if applicable), transport, accommodation and personal expenses.
Date: April 11th-12th, 2012 (with a Customer Only Morning on the 13th).

Overview
Kicking off on April 11th, 2012, check in and relax before joining us from 3.00pm onwards, on the rooftop pool** at The Liaison for the Welcome Cocktail Reception. Here you'll have a chance to mingle with your peers and complete your registration.
Hors d'oeuvres will be served by the pool** before you head down to the function room to enjoy a mouth watering, four course sit down dinner - catered by acclaimed chef Art Smith's Art & Soul Restaurant.
The evening is an excellent opportunity to network with your peers. After dinner we'll whisk you around the DC monuments, so you can soak up all the excitement Washington has to offer**!
The main conference starts on Thursday April 12th, 2012 and whilst our User Forums have always been predominately made up of our core enterprise customer base, 2012 will see the event attended by users from the Operations and Outsourcing side of the business as well. This worked remarkably well at the last forum, as it gave us the opportunity to meet and network with our customers, while also allowing our customers and prospects to come together in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
While the main conference day finishes on the 12th, all ServicePower customers are invited to join us on the morning of the 13th - please note, this is only open to current ServicePower customers. This session will wrap up at noon with lunch provided. (Breakfast will be provided for all ServicePower guests checking out on the 13th).
The 2012 User Forum will be our biggest event yet and it will undoubtedly be an excellent opportunity for our customers, partners and prospective customers to share their experience, knowledge and best practices in field service. We would be thrilled if you could join us. Attendance, networking activities and meals are FREE at the ServicePower User Forum. However, transportation and accommodation costs are not included.
