UK Contract Wins

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field service management software, is pleased to announce it has signed two new contracts for ServiceOutsourcing and ServiceOperations in the UK, with an expected combined value of £750,000 over 3 years. These latest UK companies to use ServicePower's managed, connected repair network, further expand the Company's footprint in the consumer appliance and home cover markets.ServicePower | Innovating Field Service

The first client, a provider of warranty solutions to manufacturers, distributors and retailers in the UK, creates tailored protection plans covering computers, small domestic appliances and brown and white goods.  The three year contract with ServicePower for its ServiceOperations software will enable the client to book repair service jobs and process claim payments to a third party contractor network developed and managed by ServicePower through its ServiceOutsourcing service.

The second client, a market leader of home appliance products in Europe, has also contracted with ServicePower for three years for both ServiceOperations and ServiceOutsourcing services. ServicePower will provide a managed appliance contractor network which will be dispatched to repair appliances in the UK using its ServiceOperations software.
