ServicePower Technologies Plc notes the recent movement in its share price and confirms that it is in preliminary discussions with Jonas Computing (UK) LTD. ("Jonas"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., which could lead to an offer being made by Jonas for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of ServicePower (the “Possible Offer”). The Board would like to emphasise that these discussions are at a preliminary stage and that there can be no assurances that such an offer will be made for ServicePower, nor as to the terms on which any offer will be made. Shareholders are advised to take no action.
